调用时offsetX可设置X 轴偏移(默认=0)，offsetY可设置Y 轴偏移(默认=0)。speed可设置过度效果(默认=250)，maxWidth为提示框最大宽度，isMouse=true跟随鼠标(默认=false固定位置)

设置提示框方向direction=可选top上、right右、bottom下、left左。direction=top或bottom时align=可选left、center、right， direction=left或right时align=可选top、center、bottom。
